Note the last picture.  It shows the 2 shirts for sale in size Small that have some special embroidering on the sleeves.  The left sleeve has the English and Arabic word and sign for medic in red and the right sleeve has the numbers and letters shown in the picture.  These are pretty special and once gone most certainly gone for good!  ONLY THE SIZE SMALL have this embroidering.  The shopping cart will list these as 'Small Shirt w Embroidery'.  Very interesting for collectors!
