This Polartec 300 USAF Parka by Peckham is the exact same style as the USGI (Army) Black Polartec 300 Parka manufactured under contract for the US Army.  GREAT light weight warmth, very versatile parka.

• New - Obviously never worn or used, some with tags, some without
• Near New - Looks like it was issued but not worn as there are no signs of wear.  May have a name/unit number written on the inside tag
• Used/Excellent - MINIMAL wear, NO tears, NO rips, NO dirty spots, all closures function properly, minimal pilling, maybe name/unit number written on insdie tag
